These terms apply to every brand and creator using AD Product Lab. By installing the app or creating an account you agree to them.
AD Product Lab connects Shopify brands with creators. Brands sync their catalog, set commission rates and invite creators. Creators get tracked links, promote products and earn a commission on the sales they generate. The platform records clicks, attributes orders and calculates commissions.
We are a technology intermediary. We do not sell products, we are not a party to the sale between a brand and its customer, and we are not the employer or agent of any creator. Brands remain responsible for their products, pricing, fulfilment, returns, taxes and customer service. Creators remain responsible for their own content, disclosures and tax obligations.
The Base plan costs $20 per month and includes a 14-day free trial. There are no additional platform fees or percentage commissions on sales. Brands are billed by Shopify through the Shopify Billing API, and the subscription renews automatically every 30 days until cancelled. Cancelling stops future charges; charges already made are not refunded except where required by law.
Commissions are owed by the brand to the creator, not by AD Product Lab. A commission is created when a paid order is attributed to a creator, and it stays pending until the brand approves it after the return window. Once approved, the brand pays the creator through Stripe Connect within 7 days.
Commissions tied to cancelled, refunded or fraudulent orders can be reversed. Creators must complete Stripe onboarding before a payout can be sent; we store only the Stripe account identifier.
Do not use the platform to generate fake clicks or orders, to promote products with false or misleading claims, to infringe intellectual property, or to circumvent tracking or billing. We may suspend an account and withhold disputed commissions while we investigate a violation.
The platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific sales results, or the accuracy of third-party data supplied by Shopify or Stripe. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Brands can cancel at any time by uninstalling the app in Shopify, which ends the subscription at the end of the current billing period. Creators can request account deletion at support@adproductlab.com. Outstanding approved commissions remain payable after cancellation. We may terminate an account for repeated or serious breaches of these terms.
